Salary Cap

Can someone explain the salary cap to me alittle more just wanna make sure i now whats going on

does it only matter when signing free agents or like everyone on your team if you dont have enough

points you cant resign them?

Basicly Everyone on ur team is worth a salary cap point and I record if you sign free agents,release someone,or complete a trade i record these on ur team page and at the end of each season in the off season u have to be under the cap before the season starts some teams may be over the cap cause of progression.

thanks or the replylets say if I make a trade and thats puts me over the cap would the trade be nullified?

no but at the end of the season u have to release people to make room for cap
