I failed to realize this and my apologizes to the owners who've been involved in this. Two defensive rules I need to mix in together:
- Quote :
- Moving Players/Nano blitzes
You may manually move one player prior to the snap anywhere, but you must user that player
You can move players a little to the left or right
Do not put any players manually in the gaps
- Quote :
- Defensive Line Play
No pulling/sliding any player off the line until the ball is hiked
Use your D-line shifts if you need to slide them
Do not use a D-line player in coverage the whole game. Mix it up
Basically: mix up your plays. Do some blitzes every now and then and use some zone/man coverage.
This is how these rules appear. Now, I have no clue where the "move player a little left or right" even came from, bench might've added it a while back when he was still here but I don't remember ever agreeing to it with him.
I just need to everyone to know: ANY type of d-line movement manually is illegal, as it can confuse the AI Oline and easily find a breach to a Dline player to go through. I will update the rules ASAP to make sure everyone knows from here on out that the only D-Line movement that is allowed in this league are the D-Line shifts (ala LB; "Left Bumpers). Any other manual movement on the D-Line WILL give you a strike and a suspension of a player.
I want everyone to get this clear to everyone and I don't want to hear you didn't know because now you do. Rule is taken into effect now.
